How To Meditate – What is the Infinite Power of Meditation for Healing – How Can it be Used to Heal? part 3
The epiphany I had as a result of Dr. Vitale’s fateful e-mail was I instead focus entirely on dissipating the hurricane itself…
I decided to do focused meditations combining mind over matter with my energy healing and meditation training.
With 23 hours to go before hurricane Rita would make landfall in Houston Texas, my plan was to specifically:
1) Manifest a reduction in wind speed of the hurricane.
2) Manifest a much lighter rainfall instead of the typical severe flooding.
3) Manifest a much higher soil absorption rate of the water.
4) Manifest calmer seas.
5) Manifest a powerful clock wise rotation on the hurricane’s “eye wall” *(the Inside) to counteract the counterclockwise rotation of the hurricanes forceful winds.
I did these focused hurricane dissipation meditations for 45 min. took a 15 min. break and continued for another 45 min. I did this over the next 23 hours.
I empowered myself by mentally envisioning being actually in the center of the hurricane’s eye.
At the time I did not have any satellite photos of Hurricane Rita so I used Hurricane Katrina as a focal point.

I applied all of my unleashed passions to save lives combined with my extensive mind over matter and energy healing training to manifest my 5 desired intentions and to calm the massive turbulence with healing vibrations of vivid positive visualization.
One of the focused positive visualizations I unleashed by hurricane Rita besides my 5 desired manifestations was of a hurricane dissipation into a vividly beautiful day of inspiration – an entirely different alternate reality….
At the end of 23 grueling hours – it was a measurable success! Hurricane Rita started out as 165 mile an hour category 5 monster that was actually larger and potentially more deadly than Hurricane Katrina. Within only 23 hours left before landfall, I was able to achieve a remarkable 60+ mile-per-hour reduction in wind speeds. This resulted in the critical difference between considerable flooding, or absolute wiped off the map destruction even more so than Hurricane Katrina.
The following was just a handful of incredible breakthrough examples made possible through the infinite powers of healing meditation.
Meditation for healing can be used to drastically improve the healing of virtually any disease. Meditation is also one of the finest ways to improve mental focus, alleviate depression and re-center a person’s state of being with a feeling of clarity, vibrant wellness, spiritual enlightenment and blissful inner peace.
At this moment I would like to pay a sacred spiritual homage to the man that gave me the inspirations of infinite possibility through healing meditation – the late Maharishi, founder of Transcendental Meditation.

A black belt came onto the center stage for all of us to watch. The removed his karate Gi top (uniform). Several assistants came onto the stage and laid out a large drop cloth. Several others came up with a garbage can filled with glass bottles of all shapes and sizes. Next an accomplished bodybuilder came up with a huge 16 pound sledgehammer. This bodybuilder began to smash down on all of the glass bottles that were placed inside the large metal garbage can.
The events that took place next defy human comprehension entirely ~
The hugely muscled bodybuilder finished breaking up the glass bottles in the garbage can. He then poured out the broken glass onto the drop cloth in a rectangular pile. Next several other assistants brought up a flatbed cart loaded with 4 300 pound slabs of ice.
The black belt with his Gi top off lied on top of the rectangular pile of broken glass.
I could not believe my eyes!
All of the assistants on stage began to place the for 300 pound slabs of ice on top of the lying prone black belts bare chest. This man must be hemorrhaging to death under all of that weight on the broken glass I thought!
Next it got REALLY freaky!
The huge bodybuilder with his 16 pound sledgehammer began to smash the ice on the black belts chest with 4 massive blows!
I was absolutely speechless!
Next the assistants cleaned off the black belts chest from the remaining ice pieces. They helped him up and wiped off his chest.
Totally amazing not a single bruise!
Then the black belt turned around and they wiped the glass pieces off his back…
Holy !!!!!! Not a Single Cut on his entire back!
That is the amazing power of mind over matter applied towards injury prevention…
Less than a month after deadly Hurricane Katrina struck the city of New Orleans with absolute devastation Hurricane Rita came storming up the Gulf of Mexico…

Meditation is used in many ways by virtually all cultures across the globe today.
Meditation has its cultural roots going all the way back to the ancient Atlantean civilization. This civilization was far more advanced than ours currently today. The Atlantean’s in fact were known to live a life span of 200 to 250 years of age. Even more incredible was the fact that their youth had somehow been preserved to resemble a person of 30 to 50 years of age. This is just one example of the infinite possibilities available through meditation.
Meditation was carried forward to the ancient yogis from the Atlantean race many thousands of years ago. The yogis used this form of spiritual practice to become “one with the spirit” and to vastly enhance their mental and physical well-being on virtually every level.
Today the sacred practice of meditation is enjoyed within virtually every culture worldwide on 6 continents.
Meditative practice has been used for thousands of years to heal all sickness and disease both mentally and physically. Today this highly evolved spiritual practice has been used to optimize everything in the universe literally. For example in 1972 the late Maharishi combined a group of his highly trained meditators to perform breakthrough experiments in crime reduction. He and his group focused their projected meditative intentions towards reducing the crime rate in Washington DC. Washington DC has one of the highest crime rates in the USA.
The results of this milestone experiment were astounding.
When the Maharishi’s experiment was concluded all of the police precincts within a radius Washington DC were extensively interviewed. When the results came back it was jaw-dropping. Because this now legendary experiment had produced an astounding 16% reduction in crime rate throughout Washington DC…
The Maharishi was known for his groundbreaking “Transcendental Meditation” style of meditative healing. back in the 60s and early 70s his teachings became legendary. Even Hollywood movie stars and world-famous musicians gravitated towards his work on meditation. This star-studded list included the likes of none other than Clint Eastwood, Burt Reynolds, Donovan, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr and John Lennon of the Beatles.
The world can thank the late Maharishi for bringing forward to the Western world the gift of spiritual enlightenment through meditation. He was also the first one to combine this sacred practice with amazing scientific research to back up the results that previously had to be experienced to be fully understood and appreciated. We all him a tremendous amount of divine gratitude.
The PEAR that bore the fruit of projected positive intention
Another breakthrough example of the infinite powers of meditation for healing could be found within the PEAR project at Princeton University. This project focused on the mental capabilities of the human consciousness in many areas. One of these studies was on the ability to influence a random effects generator to make more zeros then ones.
The PEAR became most famous for something far more truly extraordinary. On graduation day University of Princeton holds their graduation ceremonies outdoors. This is done simply because they cannot host these ceremonies for 15,000 graduates inside. Rain or shine, the graduation festivities continue on.
What about the possibility of rain or thunderstorms?
This is where the extraordinary comes into play. The University of Princeton has never had rain wash out their graduation ceremonies… How could this be possible? Influenced by their PEAR project classmates, the University of Princeton students consciously project the positive expectation of no rain for on graduation day. When this phenomenon was measured in a radius around the University, miraculously scientific studies prove there was very little to no rainfall on that given day for over 40 years…

How does drinking high quality alkaline ionized water improve your health?
Today, we want to share some quick tips to make it easy to incorporate drinking water into your life if you’re not already in the habit.
How much is enough? The rule of thumb is 8×8 or eight eight-ounce glasses a day, but we recommend that as an absolute minimum.
The Institute of Medicine has determined that the average man should drink three liters (about 13 cups) per day and the average woman 2.2 liters, or about 9 cups. However, if you are overweight, active physically or sweat a lot from living in a hot climate or other reasons, you should drink even more.
Thirteen cups a day can seem like a tall order but with these tips you can do it effortlessly!
1) Start the day with two giant glasses of water before eating breakfast- your body has been using water in its various processes throughout the night and will welcome the replenishment!
2) That could equal about 4 cups, and you’re already ¼ the way there on your daily water intake. It has the added benefit of clearing out your system since you’ll be drinking the water on an empty stomach. If you suffer from constipation, try this before anything else, it works wonders
3) Keep a glass of water or water bottle at your desk or workplace
4) If you keep water handy, you can sip throughout the day. You will feel more refreshed by doing this than by relying on coffee to get you through the day! Staying adequately hydrated prevents fatigue and keeps you sharp.
5) Bring your alkaline, ionized water to work in a BPA free water bottle. BPA is a toxic substance found in some bottles. You can research BPA free bottles on the internet, I recommend this water bottle which is both BPA free and is insulated, so it’s suitable for Hot Beverages as well..

6) Cut down on coffee, caffeinated tea, and soft drinks.
7) These can cause dehydration. If you do drink any caffeinated drinks, have a glass of water right after.
8 Drink a glass of water to every glass of another beverage
9) Bring a large water bottle with you and try to drink it on your way to work. If you don’t finish it on the way there, finish it on the way home!
10) Don’t drink soda. Diet Soda is ever worse for your health!
11) Check the color of your urine; it should be clear or nearly clear. If it is too dark you need to up your water intake!
Developing a Taste for Water
Maybe you are a big soda or juice drinker and the idea of a glass of water seems totally bland and unappealing to you. Here are some tips to develop your taste for water, so you can start giving your body more of what it needs.
1) Water ionizer owners agree that their machines produce superior tasting water, so get yourself some healthy antioxidant filled water from a water ionizer to start your water habit.
2) Remember Pavlov’s training experiments on dogs? Even if you don’t you can condition yourself to drink more water by looking at a pleasant image, listening to music you like, or thinking of a special person every time you drink water. That way drinking water will elicit peaceful and happy thoughts in you!
3) Try adding some lemon or lime to add some kick to your agua.
4) Cut out sugary drinks altogether, at least for a little while. Drinking water after a super-sweet juice could leave your taste buds feeling unsatisfied. After you get to liking the taste of water and drinking ample amounts, introduce your old drinks back in, in moderation, if you’d like. You might find they are even too sweet for you with your newly acquired taste for water!
Can You Have Too Much of a Good Thing?
Is there such thing as drinking too much water? Yes, drinking large amounts of water could lead to water intoxication if it upsets the balance of electrolytes. This is normally only found in infants and athletes. As long as you are drinking water steadily throughout the day you should be ok! It is recommended not to drink more than 1 to 1.5 liters (2 to 3 pints) per hour.

The next Generation of eating:
Organic standards are not perfect, but choosing to eat organic foods is an excellent and necessary step in the journey of reestablishing health and sustainability. While organic is far better than natural and leaps and bounds ahead of conventionally grown foods, I believe we can do better. I do not seek to tarnish or invalidate the USDA organic standards, but I desire to elevate the level of awareness and knowledge of true health and wellness as it applies to humans and our planet.
Our Ten Point Organic Livestock Standards Can Be Summed up In This Fashion:
1) Never use GMO feed or plants in the field. genetically modified organisms are widespread in conventional agriculture, but have no place at Organic ranches and farms.
2) Animals should be GreenFed and GreenFinished. This means our dairy cattle intensely graze on grasses and a “salad bar” of forbs, herbs, and legumes—with no grains and our beef cattle partake in our greenFinishing program that includes a bovine detoxification program and a diet of fresh organic pasture supplemented in the winter with green foods such as alfalfa and certified organic hay with no grain.
3) Use Olde World production methods. We want to revive the ancient methods of producing foods and beverages that enhance, not destroy, their health benefits.
4) Use “fair made” ethical business practices. We will treat others as we would want to be treated, guided by principles of financial stewardship, economic self-sufficiency, and environmental integrity. We will pay fair wages to our employees and seek higher social standards.
5) Use Olde World based processing methods. Our beef and poultry animals must be slaughtered in accordance with Olde World principals. This method of slaughter is widely recognized as the most humane method possible. We will not process animals that have died of natural causes or have been killed by other animals, and we will make best efforts to thoroughly drain the blood.
6) Our grazing lands are free of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and chemical fertilizers. This is a cornerstone of who we are.
7) We will not treat our cattle with antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines. The conventional cattle-raising business relies on chemical medicines to treat their sickly animals, but on organic ranches and farms, we do not.
We will treat our animals with respect and kindness. god made everything that lives on the earth, including the animals, and he commands us to be respectful and kind to the animals under our care. A righteous man takes care of his animals, yet another reminder that god has called us to be stewards of his creation.
9) We will follow sustainable land and soil management practices. It behooves us to be responsible for the way we treat the land by not polluting it and by managing it well for future years starting with the micro and macro organisms that improve the health of our soil.
10) We pursue quality and safety for our finished products. We combine the best of ancient wisdom and modern science to ensure that our foods and beverages deliver maximum health benefits and minimal toxicity. We use probiotics in our processing and finished products to ensure safety and efficacy at every step.
The Organic Movement started as an attempt to “know your farmer and know your food.” At its inception, the term organic usually referred to the food coming from small, family farms that were only available locally.
As the demand for organic grew, official standards were applied to the term. Organic was defined to mean, among other things, free of artificial food additives and produced without the use of synthetic pesticides. The combination of an increased market and defined standards enticed large companies to enter the organic market.
Today unfortunately, organic has gone mainstream, as the chart below shows. In fact, companies like Pepsi, CocaCola, Nestle, Kellogg, Heinz, Cargill, Dean, Kraft, Hershey, Cadbury, M&M Mars, ConAgra and General Mills “own” organic.

That’s not to say that organic is bad. it’s not, but it has become industrialized big business and is owned by companies that aren’t typically known for their health emphasis.

What does it mean to live “Organic?”

What is the deal with Organic?
How is it different from Natural?
What are GMOs? How do I avoid them?
Should I get farm-raised, pasture-fed or corn-fed?
These are questions I have heard countless times at lectures and events all across this great nation of ours. And it underscores an issue when it comes to standards and institutions. essentially, most people’s questions boil down to:
Who can I trust?
Am I getting the right information to make informed decisions?

Why Live Organic?
The following are highlights from my latest book, Live Beyond organic, where i attempt to help the reader navigate the oft-confusing world of health.
No Meaning Any More: natural Food
When I was young, if asked, I told people that I ate “natural foods.”
Back then, natural meant something—a food that didn’t contain any artificial ingredients, no chemical preservatives, or, in the case of meat and poultry, was minimally processed. But over the years, conventional food companies and processors chipped away at these standards to the point where “natural” has no meaning these days. In fact, there is no legal U.S. definition for natural foods at the present time, and because of this, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) discourages companies from labeling their foods “all natural” or “natural.”
Since federal authorities have chosen not to define how the word “natural” can be used, we’re left with all sorts of shenanigans. You can find the adjective “Natural!” slapped on just about anything in a supermarket. For instance, food bars give you a “natural energy boost”— whatever that means. You can start your day with “natural fiber” in your breakfast cereal, which may or not be made from genetically modified grains. Potato chips are labeled “natural” because one of the “natural” ingredients is salt.
The USDA requires natural meat and poultry to be free of artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, and preservatives, but some poultry producers inject their chickens with saline solution, claiming it adds flavor—after all, salt is “natural”—but that practice conveniently adds 25 percent extra weight to the bird, which is sold by the pound.
So, with the meaning of natural obliterated, the only good news to report is that natural does not mean organic, but there again, the public is confused about what organic really means.
Getting More Popular but not Perfect: Organic Food
Organic agriculture has been around since Adam and Eve were forced from the Garden and had to grow their own food. Farming and raising livestock didn’t change much for centuries. As recently as 1900, half of the U.S. labor force were farmers or working a ranch, but as mechanization and technology made huge leaps in the 20th century, that number has shrunk to just 2 percent today— and 60 percent of those hard-working folks are part-time farmers.
I’ve already described how modern agriculture has morphed into an agribusiness that feeds the world, but the price has been horribly steep. Voices in the wilderness like J.I. Rodale and others like Paul Bragg and Ann Wigmore gave the organic movement a voice in the pivotal 1970s and 1980s, but even then, few knew exactly what “organic” meant as the movement picked up steam.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture stepped in and began working on standards during the 1990s, but I can only imagine the lobbying efforts and political pressures that came to bear on this federal agency. After years of bureaucratic infighting, the USDA established guidelines in 2002 that outline what steps farmers, ranchers, dairies, and other food producers must follow in order to be certified organic by the U.S. government.
The USDA regulations on what can and can’t be called “organic” is as thick as a Manhattan phone book. The super-digest version is that organic meats must come from animals that eat 100 percent organic feed without any animal byproducts; for dairy cows, the whole herd must have eaten organic feed for the previous twelve months. Organic produce cannot be grown with chemical pesticides or most synthetic fertilizers, and animals cannot be fed or injected with antibiotics and growth hormones. Organic farms undergo a rigorous certification process and are inspected for compliance by an independent agent.
This would be a good place to define the term “sustainably,” which is often spoken in the same sentence as “organic practices.” Sustainability refers to a system of farming that maintains and replenishes soil fertility without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers. Livestock are pasture-raised, and fish are not pulled from the ocean faster than they can reproduce or caught in ways that destroy other sea life or undersea habitat.

So is it Healthier to Eat Meat?
From a clinical standpoint, I do believe virtually everyone benefits from some animal protein. However, this doesn’t have to be meat, as there are other healthy animal proteins like raw organic dairy and organic pastured eggs. The evidence suggests that raw organic milk is actually one of the healthiest options as it has the highest biologic value and utilization of any protein. The only caution is that it is loaded with lactose, which can disrupt insulin sensitivity, so I would advise to consume it cultured in yogurt or kefir where the bacteria will predigest the lactose and also help optimize your gut flora.
If you are sincerely objective and honest in seeking to understand what diet is best for you it will be important to trust your body to guide you. It is my recommendation to abandon any previously held convictions you might have about food and instead carefully listen to your body as you experiment with different food ratios and including or excluding animal foods.
So let me make it clear that I’m not advocating that everyone should, or even needs to, eat meat. However, there are health consequences of abstaining from animal protein entirely.
Further, if you do eat meat one of the primary questions you need to ask is how was it raised? This makes all the difference in the world when it comes to nutritional content and the health benefits of meat.
There’s no question in my mind that we should all avoid factory-farmed meat from CAFOs (confined animal feeding operations), as the harm likely outweighs the benefit for most. Factory farming is not only inhumane in the extreme, but it also produces inferior meat. Organically raised, grass-fed and free-range meats are a whole other animal. Nutritionally, they’re just not the same. And you certainly cannot compare the stress- and disease levels between a pastured cow and one stuck in a feedlot.
So, when eating meat the following three factors need to be considered:
How it’s raised, i.e. factory farmed or raised organically. Conventional meat is loaded with pesticides, hormones, antibiotics and other chemicals and should be avoided.
Whether or not it’s grass-fed. This is an essential requirement of healthy meat.
Whether or not it contains nitrates, preservatives linked to cancer. Processed meats are not a healthful choice for anyone and should be avoided entirely, according to a review of more than 7,000 clinical studies examining the connection between diet and cancer.
Next, how you cook the meat will also influence its health benefits because any time you cook meat at high temperatures, dangerous chemicals are created, including:
Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs): These form when food is cooked at high temperatures, and they’re linked to cancer. In terms of HCA, the worst part of the meat is the blackened section, which is why you should always avoid charring your meat, and never eat blackened sections.
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs): When fat drips onto the heat source, causing excess smoke, and the smoke surrounds your food, it can transfer cancer-causing PAHs to the meat.
Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs): When food is cooked at high temperatures (including when it is pasteurized or sterilized), it increases the formation of AGEs in your food. When you eat the food, it transfers the AGEs into your body. AGEs build up in your body over time leading to oxidative stress, inflammation and an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and kidney disease.
To sum up, eating factory farmed, grain-fed beef that’s been charred to a crisp will NOT improve your health.In order for meat to be its healthiest, it should be organic and grass-fed, and it should be cooked as little as possible. You can, for example, quickly sear the meat on both sides, leaving the inside quite rare. This gives the illusion that you’re eating cooked meat, while still getting many of the benefits of raw.
Can You Get Enough Dietary Sulfur if You Don’t Eat Animal Protein?
It’s important for your heart health to have adequate dietary sulfur, and this comes almost exclusively from dietary protein. As such, high-quality (organic and/or grass-fed/pastured) beef and poultry are ideal complete sources, but if you don’t eat meat you can also get sulfur from coconut oil and olive oil. Other dietary sources that contain small amounts of sulfur IF the food was grown in soil that contains adequate amounts of sulfur, include:
Organic pastured eggs
Legumes
Garlic
Onion
Brussel sprouts

Scientific Studies Prove Benefits of Qi Gong for Pancreatic Cancer over Conventional Medicine
The Tientsin Chinese Medicine Academy (TCMA) has researched the effects of Qi Gong when applied to different medical conditions.
It has shown that even 20 minutes a day for mild diseases and up to 3 – 4 hours a day for serious conditions make a significant difference.
The TCMA’s studies revealed different results in patients with pancreatic cancer ~ for those who practice Qi Gong and those who only received chemotherapy.
The rate of “unscheduled DNA synthesis” (DNA repair) of peripheral blood lymphocytes in Patients who practiced Qi Gong for three months were compared with those who only received chemotherapy.
Both groups were also compared with a third control group without cancer.
Qi Gong Shown to Repair DNA
Although both groups with cancer had lower DNA repair rates than those without cancer, the Qi Gong group with cancer had a significantly greater improvement in their DNA repair rate than those who only had chemotherapy.
In addition a significantly greater proportion survived for five years in the group who practiced Qi Gong and took prescribed herbs (36%) compared with herbs alone (26.1%), chemotherapy alone (25.1%) or no further treatment (20.8%).

“In 1991 I was diagnosed with cancer and at the age of just 32, given 6 months to live. My sons were aged 2 and 6 months, we had just built a huge house on a lake and my writing career was taking off…I had everything to live for. Death was NOT in my plans!”
I decided I was going to see my sons grow up into men ~ that I would beat this disease. So I got to work. I researched everything I could about patients who had survived terminal illnesses.
A common thread emerged; meditation and visualisation. Survivors utilized the mind/body connection to bolster their immune systems.
I started to meditate and visualise 5 or 6 times a day and started to see the benefits. I decided I needed help to go deeper into the mind/body connection and contacted a Kung Fu Master. He taught me the secrets of Qi Gong, or energy work, Chinese mind/body exercises used for health and martial arts.
I learned a standing meditation called Embrace the Tree, in which you stand, feet shoulder-width apart, sacrum tucked, head level and arms held in an arc in front of the chest.
The Chinese believe you can absorb energy from the atmosphere into a cavity on the top of the head, and energy from the earth from cavities on the soles of your feet. Holding your arms in an arc stimulates the thymus gland. The thymus kicks out T-cells, your body’s natural cancer killers….
I started doing the standing post for an hour, twice a day. Eventually the pain was gone and so was the cancer. That was over 12 years ago and I’ve been cancer-free ever since.
